Even unofficially, she's probably tapped as a consultant for some of the more front facing aspects of hololive since she's been at it for so long and knows what she's doing.
I think it's more likely that eventually Fubuki('s roommate) takes an executive position at Cover, like whatever you would call Director of Talent Relations in Japan.
I really hope they give her a position on the Board of Directors or something genuinely important. That way, she can lobby for greater legitimacy for chuubas in the Japanese workforce and public perception: "look at me, I'm now a corporate honcho who has all 20 digits on the pulse of the entertainment despite starting as an anonymous anime streamer. Authorize my friends at HoloPro for credit cards NOW."
Also, if I were COVER Corp, it would be a prudent decision to formally organize the talents under marketing, accounting, or some other such fancy sounding department, and give them all a management title I pulled straight from the financial sector. Give 'em small stock options too. Like, every time a new JP gen debuts, the previous gen gets promoted. For example, Gen 5 would be Analysts, Gen 4 Associates, Fantasy are VPs, Gamers are Senior VPs, Gen 2 are Managing Directors, Gen 1 Senior MDs, whatnot. And they all move up the ladder when JP6 emerges. Because it's probably easier to take out loans, buy/rent a home, get a credit card, and do general important adulting things when those services see you as a "VP of Marketing" or "MD of Public Relations" at a rising tech firm with several global branches, rather than as an IRL waifu.

It says quite a bit about how good they are at finding dependable personnel, that Coco, somebody who has publicly come out as in favor of LGBT marriage (as KSon) would straight up say she's never heard of trans rights ON STREAM when asked about it, without a hit of unnatural deflection.
I'm a bit disappointed they aren't similar to Weiss Schwarz or Cipher signature cards where it's the actual person's signature inlaid, and is rather just their name in block text.
