Difficulty with Cobes is he has so many problems…

Dude, looks weird as fuck and clearly had many physical issues. Some are environmental (booze, smoking, poor hygiene) and other are just his shit genetics. When the dude was already broken from birth it’s hard to diagnose. I put his shit through Google and it just comes back that he has cancer.

I know Papa Clint wrote on subreddit that Josh has serious mental illness. If anyone would know, it would be him. He kinda used it to wash himself clean of guilt, but he’s kinda true. I remember one memorable line about it not being ‘bad parenting’ when you deal with mental illness.

His meds were probably shit for ADHD and fucking anti schizo.

Cobes def has FAS, he's got the classic FAS face, which isn't a small symptom. It's one of the big red flags for the disorder.

I don't think that precludes him from having autism though either, just that together it'd basically be like trying to raise a brick for Clint.

Chris Chan though... I don't see FAS for what it's worth. He's got a prominent philtrum that isn't smooth at all, and his head is proportioned normally until he starts to fatten up and things spiral during the tomboy saga.

With how badly he's got FAS I don't think anybody could reliably separately diagnose him with autism. The autistic traits apparent in Cobra are also associated with FAS. Learning disabilities, difficulty separating fantasy and reality, poor self-control, trouble interacting normally with people, barely literate, etc. Pretty much all of his behavior and physique could be attributed to FAS.

He's definitely got a textbook FAS face but the time Clint got on the subreddit a few years back, he shot the idea down as laughable. "Lora" (Josh's mother) is allegedly a teetotaler and hyper-religious. Worth mentioning that this was like 4-5 years ago and Homedad Clint was answering questions in good faith. My hipshot armchair diagnosis would be FAS too but that's all it is. I've watched Josh for years but he's been in front of a camera. I've never met him, talked to him in a natural setting and I don't have a medical degree. People love to play doctor and shit on Clint and Josh for false-claiming autism or aspergers but they undoubtedly have a far better insight than any of us given that they've both actually spoken to the doctors that ran diagnostics on a young Cobes. Even if those diagnoses were incorrect, they're based on things more substantial than his youtube channel. I didn't dig too much but I did find this article cited on wiki which found a broad philtrum to be a physical attribute associated with autism. This one on autism facial characteristics shows a considerable overlap with facial features of FAS and autism.

So in short, Josh probably doesn't have FAS and it goes against established and verified lore from Papa Clint himself.

I know it's hard to find a picture of cobra where he doesn't look like an absolute troglodyte, but that ape face is a bad example lol
On the few pictures where he looks normal-ish, he has a normal upper lip.

But as you can see in the 2014 pic, there are no symptoms for FAS except the lip and philtrum, but it seem that those disappear the moment he opens his mouth idk.
His upper lip is also weirdly colored (first pic, left), maybe scarring from picking on cracked lips?

Casper is also 2 miles downriver from the Mystery Bridge Rd Superfund site. Oil drilling, refineries, coal/uranium mines all plentiful in Natrona county and the North Platte River Watershed. This goes beyond Josh's consumption habits, look at Cooltaste and the cast of both universes. We're breeding a new kind down in Casper. I've been FOIAing like crazy about any potential projects out of Francis E Warren AFB but I keep getting stonewalled.
