Honestly this could be when he quits. It's quite obvious he doesnt get the same enjoyment out of making youtube videos as he used to.

As regarded of a bog as he is, he definitely had some attachment to Puff. He'll definitely be broken up over it when you factor in his love for reptiles of the lizard/snake variety. As for how long, that mostly depends on how much damage his bog pruno has caused his already pickled brain.

I think people really gloss over the self-hatred Josh has. I haven't watched as much in recent years, but the period some years ago where he would just hit himself in the head when he fucked up made it pretty obvious he struggles to cope with where he is in life. Pretty sure before that, there was also the period where he was berating himself over food and constantly saying he was a worthless pig etc.

It's just sad ultimately, and I am conflicted. Josh obviously fucks up, and causes harm to himself and others. But how much culpability does he have for his own actions? He is a rational actor, but his reasoning and thought processes are severely hindered. He is autistic, lacks education, is an addict, but there is a slew of other things which have also damaged his brain. So while he is still a person who knows right from wrong, I find it truly hard to be mad at him when Clint or the powers that be should be protecting Josh from others and himself.

This puff saga is just another illustration of why Josh should have a greater support/supervision that actively tries to ensure the best for himself and whatever he interacts with. But instead, Josh will continue to rot in real time as Clint and others leave him to his devices.

I don't really feel sorry for Cobra, yes he lost his pet that he cared for that is sad but he should've known his limitations after all this time. I think you forget just how developmentally challenged Josh is. Him being autistic is also why he has ODD and he probably has something else, which has been discussed before in the context of his mother looking like she has something developmentally different.
He has probably also developed paranoia in some way due to the amount of poo touchers over the years. And thanks to how Clint punished him in his childhood like the punishment haircuts, it's safe to say Cobra has even more fuel for his ODD.

Josh is responsible for Puff in the same way a small child is responsible for their hamster, you can't hold him to the same standards as a neurotypical adult because he's got the brain of a toddler in the body of a severely autistic adult.
I absolutely agree that Josh should never, ever have had a pet regardless of the creature. We saw how Mrs. Green died. We've all heard the stories of him feeding weed nuggets and mountain dew to dogs.
But I hold Clint responsible, I hold Homeboy Ian responsible and I hold the system responsible for 1) not challenging Josh on keeping Puff, 2) supplying Josh with a living creature in the first place and 3) for not stepping in at any point and getting Josh the help and support he needs from a professional, unrelated, cis-gendered and of-age tard wrangler.

I respectfully disagree. Josh is a retard, but he is at least cognizant, to some degree, of how retarded he is. If he wasn't such a stubborn ODD bitch, he could have realized he's a fuckup and that he doesn't need to be taking care of a living creature.
