Minecraft

I must be retarded, but how do you install Minecraft in the modern day? I don't want to bite the bullet and get an Outlook account, but the fucking launcher is forcing me at gunpoint to do so. Why is Microsoft this goddamn stupid with their business decisions? I wanted to play Minecraft heavily modded from its currently pozzed appearance. I pray for the day Pajeet and Rajeet make Microsoft stop making OSs and instead shitty smartphones.
Well firstly, fuck all that Microshit stuff, get a cracked launcher such as PollyMC (when Github servers are back), it's a cracked fork of Prism which is a tranny fork of the chad PolyMC. Otherwise you have no choice but to make a Microshit account and buy the game. You'll also need to join a cracked server if you want to play multiplayer with randos for some reason, though I believe e4mc works on cracked launchers. Cracked means a launcher that doesn't require connection to Mojang/Microsoft. You know, piracy.

I see that Mojang's """developers""" are still stalling on the fucking bundle.
Modders working more than Mojang once again. Oh but don't point that out, there's Mojang dicksuckers who always come out of the woodwork to defend Mojang's incompetence and hate it when you compare them to modders.

Eckosoldier, Wattles, Ibxtoycat, Xisumavoid, and the whole host of parasites ruining Minecraft JewTube.

Yes you need a Microcock account. The days of needing a Mojang account to play the game have long since ended. HOWEVER, you have many, many options in terms of launchers. From the pozzed and retarded Prism and MultiMC to the based and redpilled PolyMC. But you can also download the default launcher from Minecraft's official website if you really want to. I'd reccomend PolyMC since you can just download individual mods and modpacks straight from the launcher and not have to go to CurseForge or Modrinth.

From the maker of shitty jumpscare earrape horror mod #3243203, comes another horror mod that...actually uses Minecraft's ambience, strange structures affecting your world, and "subtlety" for its terror rather than earrape and jumpscares. Did...did the same person make this? Also he sells a "0 to pro modding skills" on his patreon kek.
Beautiful work but man do I hate paywalls. Wished Mojang/Microshit would crack down on that shit more instead of just...what? Once? Twice? All I know of is the Physics mod and that guy is still getting patrons. When will these people realize that you'll ironically get more people supporting your work financially if you put it out for free? Been researching that loosely over the years, yet no one seems to get it.

I understand Prism but MultiMC too? It was probably posted here and hell I probably responded, but I don't remember.
see my post here

MultiMC is the popular normie tier alternate launcher, its the most visible and thus not suprising that they decided to follow with the authentication bullshit. They got to tow the line or microsoft might come after them
Grab PollyMC, name yourself Xx_NateHiggers_xX as an offline account and use a custom ofline skin resource pack

I decided to install Fabrishot for some massive screenshots
turned out pretty well, even if the file size is massive. When the Distant Horizions mod gets working properly it might make some cool looking screenshots
Defintaly will get some cool wallpapers from it

Well I guess that settles it, ATLauncher is still working well for me but I'll consider PollyMC as an alternative.

God damn that file size is chunky, it's still loading in another tab as I'm typing this. Worth it, great screenshot. Wish it was optimized though. Since the sparse torches look a bit off putting, you can try messing with moss carpets or Mob Switches if you don't want mobs to spawn without the area looking like garbage with slabs everywhere.

Minecraft within all internal departments has the culture of working as lethargically as possible, as majority of people just don't give a fuck or don't want to work and effectively made so that anyone who wants to do actual work is put down back in line since they'd make the rest "look bad" (it's bad to that degree that barely anyone wants to work there, and only the shittiest workers get sent there, dubbed as a 'shadow realm' of sorts). Their organization of work is a cluster fuck as well where the internal devs/testers have to rely on a public wiki and bug database (which I think is one third milion tickets by now) to keep track of things within the game. It's a money pit that does not have a bottom that Microsoft keeps dumping their money into. To be honest, I don't think Minecraft itself as a game brings them any money, it's all the merch/toys being sold gives them a return, which inevitably is burned on dogshit spinoff games that may be not even released.

that shit is temporary once all the builds are down then I'll start putting in different lighting, be it hidden like in my last post or something more aproprate like lanterns/campfires. Obviously the parts that still have torches there, I have yet to get to them

Not to mention the marketplace, can't imagine how profitable it is given how many rip-offs of Java mods (actual mods since Bedrock mods are bullshit) and other overly complex nonsense that's on there that zoomers love. Seriously who the fuck buys skin packs? I can understand some of the shit being sold on there but there's some shit that I can fathom staying up other than sheer laziness (aforementioned rip-offs, needing to make third party purchases just to enter a server, I'm sure there's examples listed on this thread) or if they make copious amounts of money and free content for them (given how little they pay marketplace creators it might as well be free labor) like the toys and merch you mentioned. Utterly pathetic. Smart as a company since they can basically earn loads of money for minimal work, but pathetic.

I wish you luck, hope you keep at it.

Didn't Microsoft say they have 100 years of content planned for Minecraft when they first bought it? A lot of the recent updates really haven't been that noteworthy and it really feels like they can't implement anymore stuff without it being a one-trick pony. A lot of stuff they're adding has also been implemented in by modders for years, like the trial dungeons.

Lol wut? Why in the fuck? :story: Anyone can say they have 100 years of anything because they'll probably not be around when that 100 years is up. Even then Minecraft's updates are so slow and lackluster that it'll take 100 years of versions before it actually feels like a proper update happened.
