Yes, allegedly the cops were called to the trailer park and it was labeled as a "civil assist". I don't think that the number that was recorded matched the boy's trailer, but maybe that address was just for the block of trailers/road.

I'm not from the US so I don't know what that means, but I assume the cops were called and nothing happened, they just went there to keep the peace. Either Jessica got her shit and left peacefully (and then came back to bug the boy some more), or he called the cops and, by the time the cops arrived, Jessica already said "she was sorry" and had already sucked his dick dry.
