He said that he gets messaged by keemstar > goes on facetime with keemstar > after that he edits the video. hours after, Billy uploads his response video. thats not the timeline at all.
AS per the court document:

June 4, 2021 (AEST)
12:54 AM - email to apollo's brother "just letting you know the footage of ben has been removed from my video"
1:59 AM - Gets some message from keemstar (you can't see the message but you can see the timestamp. 7:09 in the video.)
3:41 PM - exchange with keemstar regarding facetime prior to the call
4PM - Billy posts his response video
4:36 PM - Karl informs Keemstar that the edit was made

Keemstar said at 12:20 PM "Hey gotta speak to you about Apollo & Billy Mitchell stuff"
so I think the message at 1:59 AM had to do with Karl using Apollo for his drama video. but fuck maybe somebody already figured this out

Here's something incriminating to add to all of it as well, starting at 4:53 in the "I Lost" video.

"he confirmed that he had health issues and that he had unpaid debts which he did not want to pass on to his estate and he asked people to donate to his GoFundMe because of this as a fellow YouTuber I also know how much money Apollo was making on his Billy videos which was money that he would also stop making due to having to remove these videos from his channel"

So right there, Karl confirms he profited a substantial amount off of slandering Billy, as he claims it was a non significant amount Apollo lost as a result of removing the videos and Apollo was a much smaller creator than Karl. This is all based off of the knowledge he has from the money he has made.

It would be funny if this ends up in appeal and he's ordered to pay the profits from his videos on Billy to Billy. If his lawyers did review the video, I'm amazed they let him say that line.

The issue is that Karl contributed research to EZScape's video and knew that him and Dark Viper got named in Apollo's suicide note and then still went ahead to imply / say that Billy was responsible for Apollo's suicide because according to Karl the settlement had a negative impact on Apollo. The issue isn't the amount of research contribution Karl provided to EZScape's video or if he said to EZScape what words to say. This was a blatant misdirection by Karl and you fell for it.

There is no doubt in my mind that he has fucked trannies at some point. MDMA makes you much more open to such things, and it's not something you usually do alone.

Oh I agree, I don’t think Valium is a hard drug or that Karl should have his kid taken over partying on MDMA. It’s just another example of him giving to much info to random strangers more than anything.

Also I misspoke/didn’t elaborate enough in my post. I didn’t mean that he was using MDMA a few days after the trial, just that he was talking about his MDMA usage in general a few days after the trial.

My phrasing does make it seem like I’m referring to him doing MDMA after the trial wrapped up so I appreciate you taking me to task about it.

It's nothing substantial, but there may be some smoke here. In good faith we at least know: Karl now loves alcohol, Karl has done a lot of MDMA. And nothing else lowers your inhibitions and makes you feel good and wholesome quite like MDMA does, so one can only imagine the awkward situations he's found himself in.

It might also be possible that Karl is LARPing about his drug use to a some degree. If he's referring to getting MDMA on the clearnet then he might be referring to "research chemicals". Meaning he may be taking a similar amphetamine that's yet to be regulated, but not actual MDMA.

This would also very significantly relate to the clearnet websites (as you kind of mentioned). For anyone not aware: many of these sell "designer drugs" (including varieties of synthetic weed) which is how they avoid being shut down and many of them advertise extensively on Facebook and Instagram in almost every country in the world.

When it comes to "amphetamines" though I would be curious if he takes them for speedrunning.

Yeah, it's the Australian news networks at fault. Did he ever reach out to any of those news stations to correct their reporting? Nope!

Which is funny because if you watch the first "retraction" video, Jobst believes it's actually Billy's job to reach out directly to provide proof his claims are false.

Back in May I talked about the new lawsuits filed by Todd Rogers and Billy Mitchell.
In that video, I made the claim that Apollo Legend paid money to Billy Mitchell as part
of their settlement.
I would never make such a claim unless I had very good evidence to support my position.
In response to this, Billy Mitchell released a video accusing me of lying and claimed that
no money was exchanged.
He didn't provide any evidence to back up this claim, nor did he attempt to get in contact
with me to clear up any misinformation I may have had.

The video is boring so I stopped watching it. He just goes on about a bunch of boring bullshit that no one cares about.

At this point I usually just skim the transcripts of videos like this. I don't have 30 minutes to listen to this, and his style of speaking is so distinct that I'm forced to read the transcript text in his voice anyway. This must be what it's feels like to be able to do impressions.
