A website was made to avoid black people. They utilized voter ID registration to create a searchable database for names such as Tyrone, Ebony, Naveah, and roughly 460 more names that are common to black people. They also have searchable locations such as Popeyes locations, Waffle Houses, Boost Mobile stores and more. The database is nowhere near complete, but you can request or provide more for your state, so it seems from their requests page.
