In times like these, we must really put our racial and cultural differences aside. Whether you are black, brown, yellow, jew or human, as long as you minecraft politicians, you have my full support.
Lol they have my support anyway. Their government went right along with all the WEF shit and completely fucked their people over. I hope we get some journoswine sobbing soon over "the fall of democracy in Sri Lanka" as their population hangs all the bastards from lampposts.

Things really got so bad so fast because the economy was already mismanaged but kept afloat through tea prices and tourism.
Sri Lankan tea, especially white tea is, like German beer, of a quality best expressed in lyric poetry and the best stuff is not easily found as an export and is in limited quantity to begin with. If Greta is responsible for less of it being available add this to her list of grievous sins.

That appears to be a literal million people. Is this guy still alive?
Yes. He escaped the house and boarded a boat. No clue where he's going or what currency is probably stuffed in those bags.

I've been follow this situation as it's been brewing for months, and the most striking thing to me is how little the protesters thought this through. If you listen to their protest chants they're not asking for specific reforms or policies. It basically boils down to "We're against bad things! We support good things!"

They don't actually have a position, like "X has caused our fuel shortage, so we need Y". It's all "once the scapegoat is driven from town it will take our fuel shortage with it".

The thought process here is underpantsgnomian.

Step 1) Oust leader.
Step 2) ???
Step 3) Crisis Ended

More like Indians are fucking savages that lack even the most basic morality. Oh I mean Sri lankans. Same shit. They are like the robots that lack even the basic of sentience. They lie cheat and fuck each other up on day to day basis. There is no such thing as common man. There is only self interest.

So the rat has fled the sinking ship. Question is now, is the loads of money he's carrying worth anything?

The common pleb usually don't have a lick of sense on how governance works since they aren't raised by their society to be leaders.

Ergo, the first guy who can solve their fuel/food shortage and effectively pull them away from the eco-fascist garbage will be leader. But knowing how nations fail, if everyone is too retarded, some corrupt fuck will simply take over and worsen the situation to Africa-tier.

Okay, part-time experts. What does the fall of Sri Lanka mean for people living nowhere near Sri Lanka?

I would bet that luggage was full of Euros, USD, or some other stable currency, not Sri Lankan currency.

I think it will depend on if it emboldens the people who are fighting back in the Netherlands. There's some indication it has since they torched Bill Gate's supermarket which is a massive step in the right direction.
