If he got you upset without even having bought the game, I think his job is done.Oh, this guy was already a retard. My bad, didn't catch his bullshit before.
I thought it would be nice to let people know because giving money to that guy would be a waste but ok. Going to keep something like this to myself next time.If he got you upset without even having bought the game, I think his job is done.
The fog doesn't "ruin the look of the game", it IS the look the developers chose.Does anyone know of a way of turning off or at least toning down the fart gas/fog in unreal engine games?

This is just damn ugly and it ruins the look of the games. I've looked up something called the "Universal Unreal Engine 4 Unlocker" which was paywalled but kemono.su offered a mirror but having played with it a bit I can't really figure anything out.
The games this guy makes are more fun to hear people talk about than actually play, anyway. This channel in particular is great if you want entertaining, long form videos on potentially interesting but janky games without having to subject yourself to them.Well, don't buy Brigand: Oaxaca if you were planning to do it in the future:

They transferred ownership, doesn't really say who just that it wasn't a company.Hearing Nexus mods was sold?
So it seems.Hearing Nexus mods was sold?
I don't appreciate being called a sperg for asking for an option to turn off a post processing visual effect that was caked on for seemingly no reason and results in thick amounts of fog layered onto almost every floor in the game, including a very sunny beach that funny paint brush headed creatures use as a parkour training ground and is where I took that screenshot. The fog doesn't "ruin the look of the game", it IS the look the developers chose.
Why are some spergs so fucking retarded about any kind of artistic stylization in games?
The reason is that the people who made the game put it there. No more reason is needed than that.I don't appreciate being called a sperg for asking for an option to turn off a post processing visual effect that was caked on for seemingly no reason and results in thick amounts of fog layered onto almost every floor in the game, including a very sunny beach that funny paint brush headed creatures use as a parkour training ground and is where I took that screenshot.
It's only game, you don't have to be mad.
I bought this after seeing someone do a video on it, played for like 30 minutes and shelved it. Looking forward to 1.0 because it really does feel right up my alley, just wasn't the right time for it before.Had the itch to play some Songs of Syx.
I feel like a lot has changed between v67 and v69 (need to opt in on steam), definitely worth another playthrough- apparently this is going to be the last beta patch before 1.0. I enjoy the new events (one was actually quite brutal, wiped out almost half my population), the map also feels a lot more alive this time around even though 'normal' on everything at game start is still far too easy as you can bumrush free cities with mercs and never need to mine/trade for raw resources.
If the guy manages to fix the total waresque rts segments and make them a bit less janky this is going to be a really cozy 9/10 eventually.
bet you really liked concord because that too what was "the developer chose"...The fog doesn't "ruin the look of the game", it IS the look the developers chose.

In my opinion, if a game doesn't hook you right away you can reasonably write it off, you don't need to put hours into it first. It may still be a good or even great game, perhaps even one you'd like, but there's a practically infinite number of games and you only have finite time to play them all, so you're better off only playing what you really want to. Just play the best games, the ones that click right away.it may just require a few hours of forced labor in a new game to really get hooked.
It's odd, cause I clearly don't mind wasting time (by reading dogshit fiction). But games? If i don't feel it 29 minutes in and the alternative is refunding it, receiving back both $20 and the time I'd otherwise suffer through it, that's an easier choice than to push through it. Then you got the games like fighting where I really wanna be a 'fighting game kinda person' rather than 'be a person who plays fighting games'.In my opinion, if a game doesn't hook you right away you can reasonably write it off, you don't need to put hours into it first. I feel that way about everything nowadays, really. But at least fighting games are something you can tangibly observe your improvement in, unlike many genres. Sure, you could be learning a new skill or something, but if you're gonna play games they may as well feel rewarding. I'd say play something older through a collection, pick up a copy of Capcom Fighting Collection or something, I've been having a blast with it.I just have this weird idea that WoW is a net loss and I should rather force myself to suffer a shit game like Tekken 8.
One thing i do appreciate about older games like WoW is that the people who want to play the game are still playing WoW. Thought about going back to WoW. But with a career and family, I don’t think i would find enjoyment of the game.Shit, you still meet decent folk playing wow. It's niche enough that you won't just meet trend chasing kai cenat ahh niggas.
