Meddl, dear Haider community!
This is a cooperation with the other Gerichtshaidern.
The protocol has Rudi from Budeln written. Honor is here first naußgschmaßt. The report is up to approx. scarcely before the first witness of the trial haiders, afterwards written by Rudi from Buddeln. Both the Gerichtshaider, and Rudi share in between also their personal opinion. We will also use the generic masculine for easier reading. We hope you enjoy reading!
On Thursday, the 21.10.2021 history was written! Our dearest dragon was put on trial! But everything in order.
Let's start with how the day began:
At 5:30 a.m. I took the subway to the Bärenschanze, where the trial was to take place in the Higher Regional Court.
Around 5:50 I was already there! Quickly the entrance to the court was found, where already 2 other Ehrenhaider have gathered, among other things the Rudi.
At 7 o'clock then also the police with many busses drove in the direction of court, which also stopped there. A policeman got out and asked us if we knew by chance how many Haiders would still come; nice try Mr. Müller, but we didn't know that ourselves.
Around 8 o'clock we were already about 30 Haider, who were just waiting to be let in. Who was let in was relatively simple: there were 12 spectator seats, and since all the Haiders behaved correctly on site, there was no jostling and the Haiders who were there early enough could also participate in the trial as spectators. The court also decided that if someone left the court early, there would be substitutes who were also allowed to attend the trial. So if you had to go to the bathroom outside of the breaks, or wanted to drink something, you were out of luck. Personally, I thought that was a great solution, also with regard to Corona and the distance rules that also apply nowadays. First of all a big praise to the court! The spectators were definitely taken into account here.
Anyway, the queue was quite long until the gate to the court was finally opened around 8:30. By the way, we were all standing at a sign that indicated that the spectators of the district court of Neustadt an der Aisch had to queue there. Unfortunately, it was very windy, so the Kaggschild etzala always fell over. Had almost decapitated a Haider tatzächlich! Anyway, it was very slow going. Ominous people with press passes were allowed in before, and camera teams were everywhere on the premises.
Now everything went even quite briskly! You had to leave your contact details once, because of Corona and so, and then went through a security gate. and they were very precise there! The identity cards were scanned. We had to hand over everything we had with us. They even disassembled Rudi's ballpoint pen, and they thoroughly searched my glasses. Apparently the fear of hidden cameras was very high!
But after everything was over, we were able to move towards the courtroom. I saw a picture of the courtroom in our Facebook group the day before, and I have to say that it was like visiting the redoubt for the first time. In pictures and videos, everything already looked so grotesque and utopian, but the reality is a whole other number. The room didn't have any dead ducks in the rain barrel or finely piled up Amazon packages on the judge's table, but it was quite surreal to be in this room and shortly witness a historic moment for the Dragon Game. In the meantime, all the journalists had gathered in the courtroom, including many cameramen who were greedily waiting for the wingl to show himself. And here he came! And it simply could not have been more utopian:

[*]The mask: like a beak it was put over the face asshole.
[*]The eyes: deeply sunken, and barely visible in court due to the mask (will be important later)
[*]The T-shirt: of course, the most ramshackle and hole-ridden "Spitknot" shirt that the marzipan magnate ever pulled out of his closet. There was a huge hole on the belly, the shirt itself was covered with strange white streaks.... I guess he will have tried to wash his clothes for a change, but failed miserably at it. I also thought that he has special metal shirts, which he wears only on special occasions - Is such a court case, where it is about the future, not special enough? In addition, the small belly permanently peeked out.
[*]The pants: Black sweatpants, also there again with strange white streaks. I wouldn't have worn them even to take out the garbage. And the Speckbeppo puts on that to the court!
[*]The shoes: These were brand new sneakers, which were promptly worn like slippers, that is, he did not slip into them properly and pushed down the back part of the shoe with his heel. A camerawoman even knelt down on the floor to take a shot of his shoes.... simply winkleresque!
The Ruiner then stood until the judge arrived. That was about 10 minutes. I was very surprised that he held out as long as he did! But he surely knew that there were defibrillators in the hallway, so he risked it and was really bädäss! During this waiting time he endured the photo salvos of the press photographers and silently looked ahead. I would have liked to know what was rendering in his head.
In the meantime, there was quite a commotion among us spectators: Allegedly, one of us had smuggled in a camera and was streaming here in the courtroom. I personally should spread my legs, because I allegedly sat from the angle where the photo was shot (The photo was however made by Special Haider Lars Wienand and spread) Then there was of course a false alarm and relaxed. Quote judicial officer: "Everything on 0, we observe that." What the hell are they supposed to be watching if there was nothing to see. In any case, during the 9 hours (!) long court process we were always highly critical of the two, in the breaks, however, very nice, judicial officers eyed.
A shit gbaut we have however ned. Here a large praise to all Ehrenhaider, which were there as visitors. Not once did we make a bad impression in the hall. All very civilized people. Thank you for the great day, dear ones!
In the meantime, the public defender also arrived, who looked meaningless, but in no way do I want to question the skill of this one. There are certainly 1 billion nicer things than having to defend the butter golem. Too bad it wasn't Uncle Alfred.
What stood out even more, however, were Judge Winkelmann and the prosecutor. Both were extremely attractive and still quite young. One noticed directly how intimidated the Luanlutscher was by these two already very impressive women. The courtroom sat down when called upon by the judge and the spectacle began! First, all the participants of the court were named. Then the personal data of the Drechen were queried:
Born on 02.08.89, is single.
Occupation: "Youtuber or Influencer, depending on how you look at it".
Place of residence: "YET Altschauerberg 8, 91448 Emskirchen".
Now the prosecutor has read the indictment, and it had it in itself:
08/03/2019: Insulting a police officer (shut up).
08.08.2019: Throwing brick at pilgrim
08/09/2019: PINEA insulted in stream (Just search date related to stream)
09/06/2019: Flashlight hit against forehead, through fence
11/23/2019: Phone call with PINEA ("asshole") in stream
12/23/2019: Flashlight hit and insult, visit medical student haider
12.06.2020: insult against police officer P. (doesn't do his job)
11.03.2021: 1 week after the last hearing (!!!), assault and property damage against the Schanzenstürmerhaider.
02.08.2021: Insult against 2 officers of the PINEA (idiots).
Afterwards, there was a short interruption where the prosecutor and the lawyer wanted to talk again. The defense attorney wanted to suggest a deal, which could be possible, since Rainer had turned his life around "seriously". Sure enough, this was about the proposed deal from March. However, the prosecutor did not address this.
When the interruption was over, the lawyer was allowed to speak, who read out a statement on behalf of the caramel emperor that amounted to a confession on all points. He was not the one and with many insults also not at all the policemen of the PI NEA meant. Mr. Peter is a good man and to hit someone makes Wongl of course only in an absolute emergency. In addition, the house traffic should contribute positively to a lessening of the sentence, which however again the public prosecutor criticized, since the Internet is sometimes the actual "crime scene".
But he was then also allowed to comment on the accusations. However, of course, the Porky Panzer had to put one on top, and has announced that he had not meant 2 insults so seriously, and later to explain himself. For example, the "asshole" that he chased a policeman after a phone call in the stream was not directed at him but at a Haider. (Surely that was the one in his pighead).
Afterwards the lawyer explained the "dragon game". Furthermore it was announced here that the Dragonschanze was actually sold to the municipality of Emskirchen (more about that later) and he must have cleared the lot until 05.01.2022. R.W. adds: It is planned to "change" the Internet activities, whatever he wants to say with it. More he could not say due to the press in the room.
In addition, he wanted to say in advance that he did not know that the Schanzenstürmerhaider wore glasses. These glasses Wongl smashed with four blows against his head while he had him in a headlock. The judge was therefore quite angry, because this 1 week after the last appointment quasi against its probation conditions offended, although he said that something changes.
Now dragonlord1510 makes a statement regarding his alarm system, due to a demand of the prosecutor. The alarm system goes off manually at night. What is meant by that, no idea, anyway I don't think he meant to say that HE sets off the alarm. At night the alarm is more sensitive than during the day, as it goes off at headlights or falling leaves. (weird flex at this point). During the day, the range of his alarm is about three feet from his property line. (Or where he thinks it is there, rather.) We all know that was one of many lies today. Anyone who has stood across the street while this went off can tell you a thing or two about it
Then Rainer also wanted to mention and read out the Haider list. But the judge refused.
Then there was another very amusing situation. It seems that the judge had doubts about Rainerle's testimony to the police. Namely, he had stated to the police that he had not beaten the medical student Haider. In the explanation (the confession) of the lawyer, however, just this was to be heard. The butter mountain came thereupon in explanation trouble and admitted then completely nuschelig that he could have said there the untruth.
Regarding the insult of the two policemen, our Italian hottie said that he had not said that to the policemen, but to the Haiders. Thereupon the judge quoted Reiner's words: "You morons come only after I call." We spectators had to giggle a little when Rainer was caught lying again. Mr. Winkler responded by saying, "You morons. You only come after I call". This was refuted by the judge in the minutes. Then Mr. W. became very quiet.
In addition, there was also a very exhilarating discussion regarding the statement that a police officer does not do his job with him:
Judge: "So you claimed that Mr. P. does not do his job?"
Rainer: "That is correct"
Judge: "How do you know that? That is a very strong accusation"
Rainer: "Well, I can only say that he is not doing his job for me".
Judge: "But you made this statement in general in front of thousands of people in the stream and you also mentioned his name".
Rainer: "But it's true. A policeman himself told me that Mr. P. and especially Mr. P.'s shift prefers to play on his phone instead of driving to me."
Interesting statement, Rainer. After all, your lawyer has just read out in your name that you are convinced that the police officers are doing their best and that you did not mean it that way. Has someone lied here again? Rainer additionally claims that the brick with which he injured the visitor's arm was thrown at him beforehand. (Of course Rainer. The brick was certainly brought by the Haider and did not come from your meanwhile collapsed mold barn. This lying was hard to believe).
hen it went already into the witness examination
Witness 1 | approx. 25 years | financial advisor
He had a lot of time as a student and wanted to visit Rainer. The dancing bear danced of course unasked, when the visitor came to the jump. Shouted around and came out. In addition, Rainer insulted the Haider racist because of his appearance. "Fuck off to your country, you dirty Chinese" By the way, he referred to Rainer as "Mr. Wingl" in a side sentence, which probably escaped the judge and prosecutor, but should be honored here. If you read this: What a cool action! Upon further inquiry, the visitor confirmed that he of course did not have a brick with him and that he was not the first to throw it. According to his statement, it was Rainer who threw iron bars, household garbage and the very brick that hit the visitor in the arm in an inattentive moment. On the advice of the police officers who arrived, the visitor went with this injury to the emergency room, where they wanted to put a cast on him with a suspected splinter fracture. Since the Haider had to finish his bachelor thesis, he refrained from doing so and also from further examinations.
Witness 2 | Policeman PI NEA
The second witness was the policeman who arrived after the stone throwing. He was asked about the case specifically and explained the course of events. Our good Lügenwongl called that times widder 8 persons in front of his house. When the policemen arrived, there were only 5. The policemen separated the opponents and took the personal data of the non-alcoholic visitors at the fire station. When they then drove up to Wongl, the driveway was swept spotless and of course neither a brick nor an iron bar could be found. Where did they disappear to?
Witness 3 | approx. 21 years
Witness 3 was the good Maximilian, who was interviewed in front of the courthouse. He got Mr. W.'s flashlight to his forehead when he punched through the fence. He still has the scar today. There was also a case against him, but it was dropped. He was celebrating with his buddy and they went on foot from NEA to Altschauerberg. He had already drunk "a few" beers. The inquiry of the judge showed that it was 10 beers
. He kept getting entangled in contradictions. He had insulted Rainer as a "fat mop". His forehead was swollen for 1.5 months after the attack.
Witness 4 | approx. 21 years | painter
The Gumbl of the injured Maximilian, who was on the road with him that evening According to his testimony, they were recommended in a club in NEA the Altschauerberg as a party hotspot, where after the closing of the club still a horny fete goes off. After several vodka and Jack Daniels, he then decided to go to Altschauerberg for after - show party. He also gets entangled in contradictions. He names several times when Wongl allegedly wanted to call the cops, forgets that his sister was also present at the action and makes different statements about the extent to which he knew the oven cheese baron from the ASB beforehand. Almost moved out of the courtroom. When he answered a question from the defense attorney with "I didn't hear that, I had headphones on."
After the following break, Rainer's defense attorney wanted to put the statements about Mr. P. and other events in perspective again. Mr. Winkler "knew that the police were doing their job properly" and "didn't mean the insults against Mr. P. that way." By the way, we see that Winkler does not know exactly that on the following day of the trial, when Wongl reaffirms that he knows that Mr. P. is not doing his job properly at the ASB. The "positive social prognosis" that the defense attorney keeps talking about only lasts as long as Wongl does not open his mouth himself, but the lawyer is allowed to read out his petty lies.
Witness 5 | approx. 25 years old | medical student
One of the medical students. When asked why he had gone to the Schanze in the first place, this witness brought a meticulously reproduced list of statements a la "The Holocaust was a naise thing", which Rainer published on the Internet and which impressed us all. Big kudos for memorizing it! The justification ended up being that it "makes sense [for] parts of civil society to go and show that such statements don't go."
From the Christmas market in Nuremberg, he made his way with his Gumbl to the Altschauerberg. The judge asked if this had been an "act of civil courage," to which the visitor replied in the affirmative. Asked about the various insults Mr. Wigel threw at the visitors, he could not remember them. The judge helped and read out from the police report a minimum of ten insults: "Did he say fucking bastard? Did he say fucking son of a bitch? Did he say dirty son of a bitch? [...]" We could hardly contain ourselves as Winkelmann soberly read out Rainer's complete repertoire of insults.
The visitors probably provoked Rainer by mentioning the owner of the first Haider ever, Rudi Winkler. The judge (and later all the other participants) has no sympathy at all for these two Mett suppliers. To the Haider's answer that he didn't follow Wingl that much before the visit, she replied "but enough to feel called to go there in an act of civil courage and insult him." She also explicitly asked if they "intended to take him <to jail>.
At the end of the argument, Rainer boxed Haider's shoulder with a flashlight in his hand. The Haider himself was also convicted of insult by Mrs. Winkelmann. When she read out the insults in the best Franconian, I almost collapsed.
"Yur das has wanked into your momma".
"Let's talk about Rudi"
"I heard that Rudi wanted you to have an abortion."
The defense attorney then asked if the Haider overheard his companion chanting "We'll put you in jail" <cheer>. In general, this visit was really good Mett. We watched it later on video. But just telling about it almost led to a Mett - overdose.
Witness 6 | approx. 23 years | Medicine - Student
The companion of the first medical student haider. Also he stated that he wanted to "speak" with Wongl after 4 mulled wines and a beer on the eve of Christmas Eve, which Winkelmann did not really want to believe him. On the question, why one could not ignore Speckbeppo simply, answered the Haider cordially honestly "He is hard to overlook."
Now it was finally spoken times about where exactly the "property" of Mr. Wingl is limited then now. There were no really new findings. But not being allowed to say anything about it certainly made the mouth under the grotesquely small-looking black mask very tiny.
Generally it was also with this attendance in such a way that Rainer set the alarm completely preemptively and then immediately around-shouted and rabble-roused. After a few insults he finally came out, in front of the gate and hurt one of the visitors. The dancing bear dances the way you would expect him to. And not only "in very few cases", as the defender kept pointing out. We all know how easy it is to lure this selfish piece out of its redoubt and make it dance for us. After all, you don't even have to go to the ASB with this in mind. It happens all by itself. Already some peaceful cyclists were allowed to make this experience. But the picture that Rainer and his defense attorney drew of him was a wongl who always had himself under control and only came out of his house wonglt once in these few cases. That the prosecutor, who herself had never seen a video of or about Rainer, allowed herself to be convinced of this was a minor scandal.
Witness 7 | approx. 26 years | nurse
The Schanzensturm-Haider. He climbed skillfully over the gate, made a few rounds in the yard and then got into the headlock, in which he caught 4 blows and his glasses were broken.
This Haider also wanted to "have a look" at the whole thing. After he left at 11, he drank "a few beers". Winkelmann wanted to know it exactly and mentioned that today already times someone said, he had drunk only "a few beers" and then 10 had intus. Answer Haider: "Jo so 10, 11, 12" A little laughter followed, especially among the media representatives. The police also determined a breath alcohol value of 2 per mille after his act. Winkelmann also wanted to know if this visitor would call himself a "player of the Dragon Game".
The visitor received four blows with his left against his nose from Rainer, who had him in a headlock with his right arm. Besides superficial injuries, there was property damage of over 100€ because of the glasses. He also had a week of sore throat because of the headlock.
Then came the biggest disgust - moment of the day. Rainer raised the word and wanted to apologize quite patronizingly to the Haider. The man, who described the witnesses of the trial the following day as "jokers", now asked the judge if he could stand up and shake hands with Haider. An acting performance that comes dangerously close to throwing a pillow. A moment in which we all came up with nothing more. Wingl plays a role in court. Everyone who has ever seen even one video of him recognizes that. The prosecutor and the judge, however, think that this is the real Wingl. A 250kg - special student, who wants to get better and cannot influence all this.
The Haider neither refused nor accepted the apology.
Witness 8 | approx. 30 years old | policeman
The witness was with the PI NEA for three years. Then changed to the equestrian squad to ride patrol in the Altschauerberg forest every weekend again. What a career, my dear. He was insulted by Wingl, so he reported him. After all, one of the PI NEA, who does not put up with everything from the Speckbeppo.
Wongl called the office on the day in question and police officer S. also drove off directly with the patrol. He arrived with his colleague 20 minutes after receiving the call. Wongl claims to this day that it took two hours, but this could be clearly refuted. Rainer must have been screaming like mad when the officers arrived at the redoubt. The officer who then asked Rainer to be quieter was met with a resounding "SHUT UUUUUP".
So much for the facts of the case. He was then still questioned about the general situation at the ASB. Who in the conflict Rainer><Haider is the main problem, he could not say, because both would take nothing from each other. However, from whom the most emanate, was easy for him to answer. Clearly from Mr. Winkler.
Then again a break in the negotiations. After this break, the visitors' videos were viewed. What was everyday life for all of us must be absolutely new territory for many in the courtroom. Especially the judge and the defense attorney called the recordings (especially those of the medical students - Haider) hard to bear. However, we had a great time. Especially with legendary classics like "Die Mudda hadd dich ausgeschissne" it almost knocked us off our chairs. In principle, the videos were like any other visitor video. Clearly visible on the videos were also the four punches that Rainer threw at the ski jump striker.
When one video only ran at what felt like 0.1 FPS due to the poor system in the courtroom, media professional and guest lecturer Dr. Rainer Wongl spoke up and said it was because of the recording. Waiting for the video to run better in 10 seconds "doesn't help, because buffering (German pronunciation) only works with Youtube videos." Everyone in the courtroom had noticed, even with the previous video, that the system in court takes a moment to play videos smoothly. But how good that the professional - Jutuber was the only one who didn't check that. Winkelmann also still said she'd seen the video play smoothly before, too.
The legendary livestream, in which Rainer spent half an hour bashing the PI NEA, was read out by Ms. Winkelmann. Sweet as sugar, how she recited the exact wording in the Winklerian dialect. Thank you for this great hour! After the reading of the criminal charges the next break Then it was about the personal and economic circumstances of the Haiderbezwinger vom Schaurigen Berg. His criminal record was read out:
[*]1.11.2015: Three daily sentences of 15€ each for insulting someone
[*]24.10.2016 60 daily sentences of 15€ each for damage to property and bodily harm
[*]30.10.2018 40 daily sentences each 15€ because of insult
[*]24.6.2019 7 months imprisonment on probation (probation period 2 years, for dangerous bodily harm)
The probation (parole) officer's report is then read. This is dated 7.9.2021. There are no major changes in Winkler. Neither in the behavior, nor in the insight of the deeds. He has even increased his Internet activities. The probation office also tried to make it clear to Mr. Winkler that his YT Money is NOT taxed in the USA and that he has to pay taxes in Germany. Rainer's business knowledge is RUDImentary. A professionalism in the trade practice does not exist (as also with trade ban, lel). The debt reduction is not proactive. Much more Rainer is forced by the P - accounts to it. He himself would never have done it, but rather squandered the money. Also he has no reserves for expected back taxes of the last years (that means the ones from Germany, not the ones from the USA ). His behavior continues to be impulsive and he externalizes everything to third parties. Haider, the police, the prosecution. Everyone else is to blame, except our Moppelchen. There is no change in behavior. He did not do any solitary hours and did not attend the anti-aggression training. (Funny that you are bothered by being called a probation failure one day after the trial, Rainer. I would have found much worse words based on such a report).
Also interesting was a psychological (?) report about him from 2020, which stated an accentuated personality structure and a "narcissistic disorder". In addition still another decreased intelligence. (He is just the one who is narcissistic. Now also recognized way). I can still remember a stream in which Rainer tells about exactly this expert opinion and says that the psychologist only found out that Rainer is a little bit "ego-centered". Well, that's one way to talk down a narcissistic disorder, so that the stupid Drachis keep on donating.
The likelihood of further attacks emanating from Wingl remains very high. Wingl is allowed to comment on his situation and plays his only card. The house sale shows yet that he now wants to change something in his life He wants to cut back Youtube a little. "For starters, not so many videos anymore." Otherwise, after all, it would hardly work. The planning for 2022 is already (Are you already looking forward to the 1510th quality offensive?) On the question of the judge, what he can imagine besides YT, or what he would like to earn his money, he said that he also makes music and writes books. He even publishes the books under a pseudonym. (Can someone have a look if "Die Antwort auf die Träume 2" is already available at Amazon? Author would have to be Reiner Winklarson). The judge correctly notes that all these activities are based on him being the center of attention as a big star and so the Haid never stops.
Rainer does not want to make his master plan public at this point. However, this is based on the fact that he no longer offers a target in the real world and can only be found on the Internet. Because "if I'm only attacked on the Internet, I don't commit any crimes. When asked about his professional background, Rainer once again confirms the lie that he has a special school diploma. His own lawyer later sets this straight in his plea. "He has a leaving certificate from the Förderschule".
When asked about the professions he had already performed, he comes up with a utopian list of lies with some professional fields that even we have never heard of. Included in the list of previous employers were sewer workers, glaziers, and the old familiar steel mill, among others. "In the end", however, it never worked out with an apprenticeship. Of course, everyone else was to blame. For example, a schoolmate who snatched an apprenticeship from him because he had slightly better grades (that wasn't so hard). According to his own statements, Rainer was permanently employed for four years. But how "2009 - end of July 2012" should be four years, remains his secret.
In the beginning he did Youtube only for his friends (which is why he had autograph cards printed with 50 subscribers). Stopping with Youtube is out of the question for him. Winkelmann makes it clear to him that this was exactly the condition for further probation. Specki, however, was not clear about that, he says. He thought he should only make sure that there are no more crimes, which he is now doing.
Regarding the financial situation: Rainer currently still has garnishments. He had paid off a garnishment of 18.000€ and last month he did not have a P-Konto anymore. However, another bill from the same provider came up, which is why he currently has a P-Konto again and now has to pay back 28,000€. When asked how many debts he currently has, he says that he has now paid off about 20,000€ of about 65,000€, so now he has about 35k debts. The judge corrects him several times that 65-20 is not 35, but what can you do.
He never claimed that he pays his taxes in the US (we all know that is a lie and the judge should know that too. After all, he did say that in court in a previous trial). However, he does not know the correct answer to the question of exactly what taxes Wingl pays. He is currently not paying any advance tax payments because the tax office is not getting its act together. They have allegedly "not received" Wongl's tax return for three years, which is of course their fault. In other words. He has never paid taxes and is not currently paying any. Woe betide our kind who forgets to enclose a receipt. But Rudi sei Bua simply pays nothing and nobody really cares.
About the family situation: For three years now, he has had no relatives who want to have anything to do with him. Before that, there were still uncles and aunts. He currently has a girlfriend whom he has known for 1.5 years and they have been a couple for 3 months now. (No mention of golden shower and caviar. Had actually expected it). His ever caring girlfriend (who as we know has no problem with him currently having 5 sex partners at the same time) thinks YT belongs to him and he should continue with it.
Then it was time for the pleas. It was already getting dark outside. The prosecutor enumerated the points that had a positive impact for her on the sentence:

[*]The apology to Haider and the police officers (we all know the day after how much this apology is worth)
[*]Most of the accusations were made a long time ago (from 2019)
[*]No "serious" bodily injury
[*]She understands that with so much bullying going on, he might have a chip on his shoulder
The points that argue against a lenient sentence
[*]Probation failure
[*]He must bear the consequences

In general, there were two things that really upset the prosecutor. One was the medical student haiders, which she and everyone else involved were very stunned about. "Don't need someone who has a disgusting double standard." And Rainer, who keeps insulting the really bravely continue to work police officers so. The prosecutor seems to know the PI NEA well and has sympathy for this small station. It is all the more incomprehensible to her how Rainer is pulling the wool over the officers' eyes.

Her demanded sentence could have been much higher if Haider had not disgusted her so much. She demanded several fines, which, converted to prison sentences, would have resulted in a much longer prison term than demanded.
Whether Rainer will have such luck with the prosecution again in a possible appeal is questionable. The proceedings often seemed like they were being tried against the Haiders, which Rainer certainly liked, but which cannot be taken for granted.

Rainer's lawyer also made a plea. He was grateful to the prosecutor and acknowledged that Rainer had also made mistakes. In contact with the police, Rainer overshoots the mark "in very few cases", which he is sorry for (we saw how sorry he was the day after). Rainer's lawyer also does not know "how Mr. Winkler's heart can stand this yelling." He also mentions the medical student Haider again and says "Whenever the yelling died down, Rudi was unpacked." He calls for a total prison sentence not to exceed two years, suspended. He does not make an exact subdivision.
Now Wongl has the last word as the defendant. He decides to throw the Hail Mary now. To make the last attempt to be allowed to live on as a free man after all. He reveals his master plan, which almost made me collapse with laughter. Starting in January, he simply wants to live nowhere and travel "from location to location". In this way, he will certainly no longer provide a target for Haider. He contradicts his lawyer. In his plea, the latter had pressed the tear-jerker and said that the sale of the house was a difficult matter for Mr. Winkler. After all, it is his home village and his parents' house. This had cost him a lot of overcoming. Rainer, however, tears down this laboriously built house of cards in one sentence. Selling the house did not burden him and was not difficult for him. His life is much more pleasant now, because he no longer has to worry about his possessions. It is no longer his anyway. Rainer goes on and on. Judge Winkelmann interrupts this monologue to the delight of all.
If Rainer had really wanted to, he would have presented his Haider list. But he is simply too incapable of recognizing at the right moment when the chance has come. It is better to claim the next day that he would not have had the opportunity to present it. Typical Wingl, it's always the others.

On Thursday, the 21.10.2021 history was written! Our dearest dragon was put on trial! But everything in order.
Let's start with how the day began:
At 5:30 a.m. I took the subway to the Bärenschanze, where the trial was to take place in the Higher Regional Court.
Around 5:50 I was already there! Quickly the entrance to the court was found, where already 2 other Ehrenhaider have gathered, among other things the Rudi.
At 7 o'clock then also the police with many busses drove in the direction of court, which also stopped there. A policeman got out and asked us if we knew by chance how many Haiders would still come; nice try Mr. Müller, but we didn't know that ourselves.
Around 8 o'clock we were already about 30 Haider, who were just waiting to be let in. Who was let in was relatively simple: there were 12 spectator seats, and since all the Haiders behaved correctly on site, there was no jostling and the Haiders who were there early enough could also participate in the trial as spectators. The court also decided that if someone left the court early, there would be substitutes who were also allowed to attend the trial. So if you had to go to the bathroom outside of the breaks, or wanted to drink something, you were out of luck. Personally, I thought that was a great solution, also with regard to Corona and the distance rules that also apply nowadays. First of all a big praise to the court! The spectators were definitely taken into account here.
Anyway, the queue was quite long until the gate to the court was finally opened around 8:30. By the way, we were all standing at a sign that indicated that the spectators of the district court of Neustadt an der Aisch had to queue there. Unfortunately, it was very windy, so the Kaggschild etzala always fell over. Had almost decapitated a Haider tatzächlich! Anyway, it was very slow going. Ominous people with press passes were allowed in before, and camera teams were everywhere on the premises.
Now everything went even quite briskly! You had to leave your contact details once, because of Corona and so, and then went through a security gate. and they were very precise there! The identity cards were scanned. We had to hand over everything we had with us. They even disassembled Rudi's ballpoint pen, and they thoroughly searched my glasses. Apparently the fear of hidden cameras was very high!
But after everything was over, we were able to move towards the courtroom. I saw a picture of the courtroom in our Facebook group the day before, and I have to say that it was like visiting the redoubt for the first time. In pictures and videos, everything already looked so grotesque and utopian, but the reality is a whole other number. The room didn't have any dead ducks in the rain barrel or finely piled up Amazon packages on the judge's table, but it was quite surreal to be in this room and shortly witness a historic moment for the Dragon Game. In the meantime, all the journalists had gathered in the courtroom, including many cameramen who were greedily waiting for the wingl to show himself. And here he came! And it simply could not have been more utopian:

[*]The T-shirt: of course, the most ramshackle and hole-ridden "Spitknot" shirt that the marzipan magnate ever pulled out of his closet. There was a huge hole on the belly, the shirt itself was covered with strange white streaks.... I guess he will have tried to wash his clothes for a change, but failed miserably at it. I also thought that he has special metal shirts, which he wears only on special occasions - Is such a court case, where it is about the future, not special enough? In addition, the small belly permanently peeked out.
[*]The pants: Black sweatpants, also there again with strange white streaks. I wouldn't have worn them even to take out the garbage. And the Speckbeppo puts on that to the court!
[*]The shoes: These were brand new sneakers, which were promptly worn like slippers, that is, he did not slip into them properly and pushed down the back part of the shoe with his heel. A camerawoman even knelt down on the floor to take a shot of his shoes.... simply winkleresque!
The Ruiner then stood until the judge arrived. That was about 10 minutes. I was very surprised that he held out as long as he did! But he surely knew that there were defibrillators in the hallway, so he risked it and was really bädäss! During this waiting time he endured the photo salvos of the press photographers and silently looked ahead. I would have liked to know what was rendering in his head.
In the meantime, there was quite a commotion among us spectators: Allegedly, one of us had smuggled in a camera and was streaming here in the courtroom. I personally should spread my legs, because I allegedly sat from the angle where the photo was shot (The photo was however made by Special Haider Lars Wienand and spread) Then there was of course a false alarm and relaxed. Quote judicial officer: "Everything on 0, we observe that." What the hell are they supposed to be watching if there was nothing to see. In any case, during the 9 hours (!) long court process we were always highly critical of the two, in the breaks, however, very nice, judicial officers eyed.
A shit gbaut we have however ned. Here a large praise to all Ehrenhaider, which were there as visitors. Not once did we make a bad impression in the hall. All very civilized people. Thank you for the great day, dear ones!
In the meantime, the public defender also arrived, who looked meaningless, but in no way do I want to question the skill of this one. There are certainly 1 billion nicer things than having to defend the butter golem. Too bad it wasn't Uncle Alfred.
What stood out even more, however, were Judge Winkelmann and the prosecutor. Both were extremely attractive and still quite young. One noticed directly how intimidated the Luanlutscher was by these two already very impressive women. The courtroom sat down when called upon by the judge and the spectacle began! First, all the participants of the court were named. Then the personal data of the Drechen were queried:
Born on 02.08.89, is single.
Occupation: "Youtuber or Influencer, depending on how you look at it".
Place of residence: "YET Altschauerberg 8, 91448 Emskirchen".
Now the prosecutor has read the indictment, and it had it in itself:

11.03.2021: 1 week after the last hearing (!!!), assault and property damage against the Schanzenstürmerhaider.
02.08.2021: Insult against 2 officers of the PINEA (idiots).
Afterwards, there was a short interruption where the prosecutor and the lawyer wanted to talk again. The defense attorney wanted to suggest a deal, which could be possible, since Rainer had turned his life around "seriously". Sure enough, this was about the proposed deal from March. However, the prosecutor did not address this.
When the interruption was over, the lawyer was allowed to speak, who read out a statement on behalf of the caramel emperor that amounted to a confession on all points. He was not the one and with many insults also not at all the policemen of the PI NEA meant. Mr. Peter is a good man and to hit someone makes Wongl of course only in an absolute emergency. In addition, the house traffic should contribute positively to a lessening of the sentence, which however again the public prosecutor criticized, since the Internet is sometimes the actual "crime scene".
But he was then also allowed to comment on the accusations. However, of course, the Porky Panzer had to put one on top, and has announced that he had not meant 2 insults so seriously, and later to explain himself. For example, the "asshole" that he chased a policeman after a phone call in the stream was not directed at him but at a Haider. (Surely that was the one in his pighead).
Afterwards the lawyer explained the "dragon game". Furthermore it was announced here that the Dragonschanze was actually sold to the municipality of Emskirchen (more about that later) and he must have cleared the lot until 05.01.2022. R.W. adds: It is planned to "change" the Internet activities, whatever he wants to say with it. More he could not say due to the press in the room.
In addition, he wanted to say in advance that he did not know that the Schanzenstürmerhaider wore glasses. These glasses Wongl smashed with four blows against his head while he had him in a headlock. The judge was therefore quite angry, because this 1 week after the last appointment quasi against its probation conditions offended, although he said that something changes.
Now dragonlord1510 makes a statement regarding his alarm system, due to a demand of the prosecutor. The alarm system goes off manually at night. What is meant by that, no idea, anyway I don't think he meant to say that HE sets off the alarm. At night the alarm is more sensitive than during the day, as it goes off at headlights or falling leaves. (weird flex at this point). During the day, the range of his alarm is about three feet from his property line. (Or where he thinks it is there, rather.) We all know that was one of many lies today. Anyone who has stood across the street while this went off can tell you a thing or two about it
Then Rainer also wanted to mention and read out the Haider list. But the judge refused.
Then there was another very amusing situation. It seems that the judge had doubts about Rainerle's testimony to the police. Namely, he had stated to the police that he had not beaten the medical student Haider. In the explanation (the confession) of the lawyer, however, just this was to be heard. The butter mountain came thereupon in explanation trouble and admitted then completely nuschelig that he could have said there the untruth.
Regarding the insult of the two policemen, our Italian hottie said that he had not said that to the policemen, but to the Haiders. Thereupon the judge quoted Reiner's words: "You morons come only after I call." We spectators had to giggle a little when Rainer was caught lying again. Mr. Winkler responded by saying, "You morons. You only come after I call". This was refuted by the judge in the minutes. Then Mr. W. became very quiet.
In addition, there was also a very exhilarating discussion regarding the statement that a police officer does not do his job with him:
Judge: "So you claimed that Mr. P. does not do his job?"
Rainer: "That is correct"
Judge: "How do you know that? That is a very strong accusation"
Rainer: "Well, I can only say that he is not doing his job for me".
Judge: "But you made this statement in general in front of thousands of people in the stream and you also mentioned his name".
Rainer: "But it's true. A policeman himself told me that Mr. P. and especially Mr. P.'s shift prefers to play on his phone instead of driving to me."
Interesting statement, Rainer. After all, your lawyer has just read out in your name that you are convinced that the police officers are doing their best and that you did not mean it that way. Has someone lied here again? Rainer additionally claims that the brick with which he injured the visitor's arm was thrown at him beforehand. (Of course Rainer. The brick was certainly brought by the Haider and did not come from your meanwhile collapsed mold barn. This lying was hard to believe).
hen it went already into the witness examination
Witness 1 | approx. 25 years | financial advisor
He had a lot of time as a student and wanted to visit Rainer. The dancing bear danced of course unasked, when the visitor came to the jump. Shouted around and came out. In addition, Rainer insulted the Haider racist because of his appearance. "Fuck off to your country, you dirty Chinese" By the way, he referred to Rainer as "Mr. Wingl" in a side sentence, which probably escaped the judge and prosecutor, but should be honored here. If you read this: What a cool action! Upon further inquiry, the visitor confirmed that he of course did not have a brick with him and that he was not the first to throw it. According to his statement, it was Rainer who threw iron bars, household garbage and the very brick that hit the visitor in the arm in an inattentive moment. On the advice of the police officers who arrived, the visitor went with this injury to the emergency room, where they wanted to put a cast on him with a suspected splinter fracture. Since the Haider had to finish his bachelor thesis, he refrained from doing so and also from further examinations.
Witness 2 | Policeman PI NEA
The second witness was the policeman who arrived after the stone throwing. He was asked about the case specifically and explained the course of events. Our good Lügenwongl called that times widder 8 persons in front of his house. When the policemen arrived, there were only 5. The policemen separated the opponents and took the personal data of the non-alcoholic visitors at the fire station. When they then drove up to Wongl, the driveway was swept spotless and of course neither a brick nor an iron bar could be found. Where did they disappear to?
Witness 3 | approx. 21 years
Witness 3 was the good Maximilian, who was interviewed in front of the courthouse. He got Mr. W.'s flashlight to his forehead when he punched through the fence. He still has the scar today. There was also a case against him, but it was dropped. He was celebrating with his buddy and they went on foot from NEA to Altschauerberg. He had already drunk "a few" beers. The inquiry of the judge showed that it was 10 beers
. He kept getting entangled in contradictions. He had insulted Rainer as a "fat mop". His forehead was swollen for 1.5 months after the attack.Witness 4 | approx. 21 years | painter
The Gumbl of the injured Maximilian, who was on the road with him that evening According to his testimony, they were recommended in a club in NEA the Altschauerberg as a party hotspot, where after the closing of the club still a horny fete goes off. After several vodka and Jack Daniels, he then decided to go to Altschauerberg for after - show party. He also gets entangled in contradictions. He names several times when Wongl allegedly wanted to call the cops, forgets that his sister was also present at the action and makes different statements about the extent to which he knew the oven cheese baron from the ASB beforehand. Almost moved out of the courtroom. When he answered a question from the defense attorney with "I didn't hear that, I had headphones on."
After the following break, Rainer's defense attorney wanted to put the statements about Mr. P. and other events in perspective again. Mr. Winkler "knew that the police were doing their job properly" and "didn't mean the insults against Mr. P. that way." By the way, we see that Winkler does not know exactly that on the following day of the trial, when Wongl reaffirms that he knows that Mr. P. is not doing his job properly at the ASB. The "positive social prognosis" that the defense attorney keeps talking about only lasts as long as Wongl does not open his mouth himself, but the lawyer is allowed to read out his petty lies.
Witness 5 | approx. 25 years old | medical student
One of the medical students. When asked why he had gone to the Schanze in the first place, this witness brought a meticulously reproduced list of statements a la "The Holocaust was a naise thing", which Rainer published on the Internet and which impressed us all. Big kudos for memorizing it! The justification ended up being that it "makes sense [for] parts of civil society to go and show that such statements don't go."
From the Christmas market in Nuremberg, he made his way with his Gumbl to the Altschauerberg. The judge asked if this had been an "act of civil courage," to which the visitor replied in the affirmative. Asked about the various insults Mr. Wigel threw at the visitors, he could not remember them. The judge helped and read out from the police report a minimum of ten insults: "Did he say fucking bastard? Did he say fucking son of a bitch? Did he say dirty son of a bitch? [...]" We could hardly contain ourselves as Winkelmann soberly read out Rainer's complete repertoire of insults.
The visitors probably provoked Rainer by mentioning the owner of the first Haider ever, Rudi Winkler. The judge (and later all the other participants) has no sympathy at all for these two Mett suppliers. To the Haider's answer that he didn't follow Wingl that much before the visit, she replied "but enough to feel called to go there in an act of civil courage and insult him." She also explicitly asked if they "intended to take him <to jail>.
At the end of the argument, Rainer boxed Haider's shoulder with a flashlight in his hand. The Haider himself was also convicted of insult by Mrs. Winkelmann. When she read out the insults in the best Franconian, I almost collapsed.
"Yur das has wanked into your momma".

"I heard that Rudi wanted you to have an abortion."
The defense attorney then asked if the Haider overheard his companion chanting "We'll put you in jail" <cheer>. In general, this visit was really good Mett. We watched it later on video. But just telling about it almost led to a Mett - overdose.
Witness 6 | approx. 23 years | Medicine - Student
The companion of the first medical student haider. Also he stated that he wanted to "speak" with Wongl after 4 mulled wines and a beer on the eve of Christmas Eve, which Winkelmann did not really want to believe him. On the question, why one could not ignore Speckbeppo simply, answered the Haider cordially honestly "He is hard to overlook."
Now it was finally spoken times about where exactly the "property" of Mr. Wingl is limited then now. There were no really new findings. But not being allowed to say anything about it certainly made the mouth under the grotesquely small-looking black mask very tiny.
Generally it was also with this attendance in such a way that Rainer set the alarm completely preemptively and then immediately around-shouted and rabble-roused. After a few insults he finally came out, in front of the gate and hurt one of the visitors. The dancing bear dances the way you would expect him to. And not only "in very few cases", as the defender kept pointing out. We all know how easy it is to lure this selfish piece out of its redoubt and make it dance for us. After all, you don't even have to go to the ASB with this in mind. It happens all by itself. Already some peaceful cyclists were allowed to make this experience. But the picture that Rainer and his defense attorney drew of him was a wongl who always had himself under control and only came out of his house wonglt once in these few cases. That the prosecutor, who herself had never seen a video of or about Rainer, allowed herself to be convinced of this was a minor scandal.
Witness 7 | approx. 26 years | nurse
The Schanzensturm-Haider. He climbed skillfully over the gate, made a few rounds in the yard and then got into the headlock, in which he caught 4 blows and his glasses were broken.
This Haider also wanted to "have a look" at the whole thing. After he left at 11, he drank "a few beers". Winkelmann wanted to know it exactly and mentioned that today already times someone said, he had drunk only "a few beers" and then 10 had intus. Answer Haider: "Jo so 10, 11, 12" A little laughter followed, especially among the media representatives. The police also determined a breath alcohol value of 2 per mille after his act. Winkelmann also wanted to know if this visitor would call himself a "player of the Dragon Game".
The visitor received four blows with his left against his nose from Rainer, who had him in a headlock with his right arm. Besides superficial injuries, there was property damage of over 100€ because of the glasses. He also had a week of sore throat because of the headlock.
Then came the biggest disgust - moment of the day. Rainer raised the word and wanted to apologize quite patronizingly to the Haider. The man, who described the witnesses of the trial the following day as "jokers", now asked the judge if he could stand up and shake hands with Haider. An acting performance that comes dangerously close to throwing a pillow. A moment in which we all came up with nothing more. Wingl plays a role in court. Everyone who has ever seen even one video of him recognizes that. The prosecutor and the judge, however, think that this is the real Wingl. A 250kg - special student, who wants to get better and cannot influence all this.
The Haider neither refused nor accepted the apology.
Witness 8 | approx. 30 years old | policeman
The witness was with the PI NEA for three years. Then changed to the equestrian squad to ride patrol in the Altschauerberg forest every weekend again. What a career, my dear. He was insulted by Wingl, so he reported him. After all, one of the PI NEA, who does not put up with everything from the Speckbeppo.
Wongl called the office on the day in question and police officer S. also drove off directly with the patrol. He arrived with his colleague 20 minutes after receiving the call. Wongl claims to this day that it took two hours, but this could be clearly refuted. Rainer must have been screaming like mad when the officers arrived at the redoubt. The officer who then asked Rainer to be quieter was met with a resounding "SHUT UUUUUP".
So much for the facts of the case. He was then still questioned about the general situation at the ASB. Who in the conflict Rainer><Haider is the main problem, he could not say, because both would take nothing from each other. However, from whom the most emanate, was easy for him to answer. Clearly from Mr. Winkler.
Then again a break in the negotiations. After this break, the visitors' videos were viewed. What was everyday life for all of us must be absolutely new territory for many in the courtroom. Especially the judge and the defense attorney called the recordings (especially those of the medical students - Haider) hard to bear. However, we had a great time. Especially with legendary classics like "Die Mudda hadd dich ausgeschissne" it almost knocked us off our chairs. In principle, the videos were like any other visitor video. Clearly visible on the videos were also the four punches that Rainer threw at the ski jump striker.
When one video only ran at what felt like 0.1 FPS due to the poor system in the courtroom, media professional and guest lecturer Dr. Rainer Wongl spoke up and said it was because of the recording. Waiting for the video to run better in 10 seconds "doesn't help, because buffering (German pronunciation) only works with Youtube videos." Everyone in the courtroom had noticed, even with the previous video, that the system in court takes a moment to play videos smoothly. But how good that the professional - Jutuber was the only one who didn't check that. Winkelmann also still said she'd seen the video play smoothly before, too.
The legendary livestream, in which Rainer spent half an hour bashing the PI NEA, was read out by Ms. Winkelmann. Sweet as sugar, how she recited the exact wording in the Winklerian dialect. Thank you for this great hour! After the reading of the criminal charges the next break Then it was about the personal and economic circumstances of the Haiderbezwinger vom Schaurigen Berg. His criminal record was read out:

The probation (parole) officer's report is then read. This is dated 7.9.2021. There are no major changes in Winkler. Neither in the behavior, nor in the insight of the deeds. He has even increased his Internet activities. The probation office also tried to make it clear to Mr. Winkler that his YT Money is NOT taxed in the USA and that he has to pay taxes in Germany. Rainer's business knowledge is RUDImentary. A professionalism in the trade practice does not exist (as also with trade ban, lel). The debt reduction is not proactive. Much more Rainer is forced by the P - accounts to it. He himself would never have done it, but rather squandered the money. Also he has no reserves for expected back taxes of the last years (that means the ones from Germany, not the ones from the USA
). His behavior continues to be impulsive and he externalizes everything to third parties. Haider, the police, the prosecution. Everyone else is to blame, except our Moppelchen. There is no change in behavior. He did not do any solitary hours and did not attend the anti-aggression training. (Funny that you are bothered by being called a probation failure one day after the trial, Rainer.
