So apparently, Dave lied about having his chair donated back when he got it, such a silly lie thing to lie about, especially when you consider that it was helping his bad back, it would be the first thing I actually invest in if I was him and the fact that he even says that it's weird that he didn't do it earlier does make me question if his back issues are even real.
I know the meme about the Seattle air and how it miraculously cured his bad back but I thought it was nothing more than a "rainy day fund" moment but now I find myself in doubt.

Other random thought---the KC arc has shown that Kat must have absolutely zero knowledge of what her own husband makes or where the money goes, and must never watch his streams (or maybe talk to him at all). He made $4000 in one stream, he's making double the daily tips of what he's averaged in the past year due to this new "interest" in him, and yet he's STILL able to get away with not fixing the dishwasher, toilet, shower, etc. (These are things Phil himself just in the past week said were all broken, not us detractors making things up.) How desperate or stupid must Kat be to just live in squalor while her husband rakes in money to not ever question where it's all going?

Maybe she gets genuinely upset by people talking shit about her online and avoids to look at any of Phil's stuff? I can see that, specially if she is on the spectrum as she at least appears to be. Other than that, is extremely probable she eats up every word Phil says to her, and keeps mostly to her tasks of making hot dog dinners, generating secondary income to piggy, and playing her Xbox.

It's always been the running theory that they have entirely separate finances. She has no clue what he makes week over week.

I'm guessing their arrangement is something like this: Kat gets to keep all the money she makes for herself, but maybe has to chip in from time to time. DSP keeps all the money he makes for himself, but pays for all the major bills (mortgage, etc).

I don't think she knows. Phail would never let a woman have control over money. He's all about manipulation and control of others. His near-obsession with apologies and demanding (unearned) respect doesn't lead me to believe he's the kind of husband to discuss anything of importance with his wife. Phail sees himself as in charge within the walls of the snort fort.

I am in Phil's quarter home country right now. It would be so easy and cheap for him to go to Italy, visit 3 cities (e.g. Milano, Firenze and Roma and back to Renton), eat as much real authentic Italian food in Italy made by Italian passport owning Italians with Italian ingredienti (!) as he wants and then being an even bigger Italian food snob than before. He is a streamer, he could go in the off-season. He could even do streams and earn at least most of the money back while being there, his dents would pay, no doubt. And he would become a bit less retarded, because he would have seen something from the world and might learn a thing or two about european history. All it would have taken him was not spending all on Hogans, a little bit of planning and for once not being an eternal victim.

Do streamers even still use soundproofing? Most streamers I see these days don't have any, that is visible at least, and I assumed noise reduction had just gotten good enough to the point it wasn't needed anymore and only OG streamers had it from back in the day.

This just reminds me of the sound effect boxes he used to hold up to the microphone and press the buttons on. He would definitely be annoying with a soundboard directly piped into his audio setup. But knowing him he would fuck up his whole setup somehow trying to get it to work.
