Commercial ships from any nation should be able to travel anywhere in the high seas (as that term is legally used) without disturbance by literal fucking pirates
Careful with that "should" word. People should be able to have peaceful, high-trust societies, but many can't, and I'm not going to commit a gorillion tax dollars toward it in pro-rape shithole countries.

every single people from every single time period in every part of the world have always hated pirates and killed them
Yes, but right now "every single people" are not killing pirates, they're expecting the US to do it. Maybe they should start again.

Are you really saying that commercial shipping should get around the globe by going around the Horn of Africa like it's 1840
I'm saying commercial ships should start arming themselves again (currently banned via treaties designed to ensure only Team America: World Police can do it), and other nations should patrol their local coastlines instead of waiting for America to send carrier groups a gorillion miles away forever.

He's clearly saying the ships should not be there, because America's job is not to patrol every Third World shithole. Or do you prefer Forever Coast Guard and Forever Police to go with your Forever Wars?
Skullfucking people until they stop messing with the freedom of navigation upon which the world economy relies does not a forever war make. The only reason the inbred dune coons are trying us is because they are inbred dune coons with favorable geography and free missiles. Making the Houthis regret it is a mission of tangible scope that doesn't require ground deployments or occupation.

I know exactly what you’re saying and what you mean, but the chances of ever proving that is so very slim.

The political class has a very different reality from the rest of us, even the ultra wealthy.. and Biden is both.
Biden is also demented and is a victim in this scheme. This is stuff his underlings did, it doesn't involve him because Hunter still has his ass covered. Not to mention, Biden and the DNC aren't on the best of terms right now. There is a reason why they had to go around him in the first place.

IMHO, if you're signing pardons, that should require the President's ACTUAL signature and approval. Maybe it should be a thing that any signed document from the President has to be recorded for those to see. Oh, and I found the answer to my own question.

The first signature duplicating machines were developed by Englishman John Isaac Hawkins. Hawkins received a United States patent for his device in 1803, called a polygraph (an abstracted version of the pantograph), in which the user may write with one pen and have their writing simultaneously reproduced by an attached second pen. Thomas Jefferson used the device extensively during his presidency.[1] This device bears little resemblance to today's autopens in design or operation.[4]

For DOGE to actually be effective, their actions would actually require time and thought to be put into their cuts
They don’t have time. They tried to do it in a more thoughtful manner last time and it didn’t work out. He has no choice but to do ad hoc cuts because the bureaucracy would undermine and undercut him if he didn’t. In an ideal world yes that would be the way to do it but we aren’t in an ideal world.
Trump killed the LP the first time around, look at the number of votes from 2012 to now, it's insane, especially considering how divisive all the mainstream candidates have been, even among their own parties. The problem is that the divisiveness of Trump was actually a draw to a lot of the Libertarians and it gutted them while at the same time not gaining anybody who was turned off by any candidates. A super unique situation that also happened to kill the party. Libertarian+ vs. Mises caucus was a death rattle and nothing more.
I voted libertarian in 2016… but once he started acting I regretted it and I’ve voted for him since.
We're going to have to break off relations with the UK in general with how they're morphing into an Islamic State.
We’ll need to do a reconquista.
10 years ago, this kind of shit would have you impeached.

After 10 years of abuse, crime and corruption, people stopped giving a shit.

I love humanity.
If the bureaucracy treated him as a normal president we wouldn’t be here but they were angry over Queen Hillary not getting her turn.
Soooo....This going to hold up, and how long until Liz Cheney & Fauci flee to Europe or China as fugitives?
Faucci would be an idiot to flee to China but I hope he ends up back there. And gets executed.
LMAO the middle class voting against their own interests for the sake of owning the sub <<<<1% percent of troons that live in the US isn't a good thing lol
How is globalization in the interest of the middle class? Oh wait you mean the laptop class, fuck them.
I went to Helen Hopkins profile expecting to see some putrid jewess. Nope, just your average liberal white cunt:

Who needs Kikes when you have Whites like this?

I had the displeasure of once living in an all white super prog community. The problem is that progressivism is associated with wealth and success by the masses incapable of original thoughts.

Unless there's direct proof that Biden didn't issue those pardons, himself (and not just a rumor or feeling, even though it's pretty obvious the dude was mentally gone), this won't hold up. It's also just going to become a slap fight between every new president canceling the pardons of the last president using this as precedent, no matter what's found.

This is a political move. The pardons will hold up but what this does is let Trump's DOJ lay out in detail all the crimes these people committed and then force the Dems to not only defend them but argue these people must be allowed to get away with it while shining a big spotlight on Biden's mental fitness during the last year.

Pardons will hold if Biden accepts it. If Biden confirms it he'll look like a vindictive asshole and drags those questions into the light, even if the pardons stay.

Funnier option would be if Biden denied it. It would personally make him look more sympathetic, that he didn't do pre-emptive pardons after all (and imply that he was just as much a victim), while also potentially voiding those pardons.

It's also just going to become a slap fight between every new president canceling the pardons of the last president using this as precedent, no matter what's found.
There's evidence Biden was not even involved with signing a lot of his documents, so this is objectively false.

Trump LOVES cameras and basically makes him signing every document into a massive media event, you'd have to have both brain damage and be blind to claim Trump didn't sign things

The feature is entirely misleading. There is not one line here that indicates there are "criminal investigations" being launched. If you are going to make up and feature retarded bullshit then why not just say that Hillary's been shipped off to Gitmo like that one qoomer site does?
Even dogs can be taught to put things into context. I don't assume Trump revoked pardons just to investigate whether the recipients deserved a cone of ice cream, particularly when he accused the recipients (in the same post) of committing federal crimes.

It's US politics. They're going to use it as precedent and it's going to hold up because Trump did it. Stating otherwise is just naive.
Ok when Trump signs 1 trumpillion pardons off camera using an automated signing machine I will feel the same way then, but that's just not what's been happening with him ever

Former Trump voter here. There is no plan. Trump is just insane. He’s tearing up alliances to help support Putin, his supporters have this insane idea that protesting at a Tesla station is terrorism, and the economy is collapsing while innocent citizens are getting disappeared in foreign nations without due process because they’re just brown.
For anyone saying "he's not overturning them, he's nullifying them" it doesn't matter, there is literally no avenue anywhere in any of our foundational documents that allows for anything to happen to a presidential pardon once it has been executed. Nothing can be done to it.

There is absolutely no law on this subject. It would need to literally be built de novo, from the ground up. One would need to establish standing to even challenge something, let along nullify it. Just the issue of standing to even bring a challenge of a presidential pardon would need to be established, and ultimately the SCOTUS would likely have to take it up and decide if standing could be established. If standing could be established, to have even the slightest chance to challenge a presidential pardon one would need to prove that the president didn't actually grant the pardon. You'd need evidence "beyond a reasonable doubt" of a massive conspiracy to issue pardon's that were not granted by the president. Evidence that rises to that level just isn't likely to exist. People don't seem to understand that when a legal pathway doesn't exist you can't just will it into existence. Even the president can't do that. There is an entire process that needs to occur.
This is hilarious

This is probably was it felt like being a redditor listening to chuck shumer slobbering on the cr bill.

What office chair are you using, glowie.

I've heard that allegedly Biden was not present when the pardons were allegedly signed but who knows of that's true.
