Featured on Apr 20, 2023 by Null: Sam Hyde has launched a Big Brother-style livestream with a bunch of retards stuck in a house together. People can pay to annoy them, but it's quite expensive.
ATTENTION: Before discussing and participating in the thread, please keep in mind the guidelines below.

Fishtank.live is a 24/7 reality show where contestants are locked in a fully monitored smart house with no privacy and terrorized by the audience. People watching on the site can pay to interact with the show and contestants via TTS/SFX and Fishtoys. The Fishtank house is ALWAYS ON.
To put it simply, Fishtank is a scuffed combination of the well-known reality TV show Big Brother and streaming community IP2. However, Fishtank has several elements that differentiate it from others and make the show unique on its own. One signature element that Fishtank has is audience involvement on the show via TTS/SFX, where they can interact and communicate with the contestants for quite a sum of money. If sending TTS is not enough, they can take more steps by purchasing Fishtoy, an item which allows the audience to gift the contestants plushies, cigarettes, beverages, etc., or fuck with them by having staff to remove their bed for a night, as an example. All these interactions enable a parasocial relationship between the audience and the contestants, thus generating lucrative revenues for the show. YOU CONTROL THE ACTION!

Unlike Big Brother, where the contestants primarily consist of boring normies and token minorities that you usually see in your daily life, Fishtank has very diverse personalities of each contestant. Fishtank contestants, referred simply as Fish, range from failed normies desperate enough to be on a TV show to complete social outcasts who never touch grass. They could be autists who couldn't stop stimming, retards who preach about Jesus all the time, unhinged manchildren who occasionally went into tardrage, and schizophrenic gay black men who love to masturbate on camera. All in the name of ADVANCING THE CULTURE!

After a handful of eliminations, guests/outsiders called Freeloaders will be invited into the house. These freeloaders are tasked with messing with the contestants to generate content on the house so the show won't get stale and boring. To make these freeloaders interesting, they picked not only random weirdos they stumbled upon, but also well-known internet figures such as Airsoftfatty, Frank Hassle, Alex Stein, Pearl Davis, etc. When freeloaders work together, watch out! There's no telling what chaos they'll cause.
It is obvious that Fishtank has its own set of challenges, like every reality show. Challenges on Fishtank are all over the top and designed to break the limit of contestants' psychological and physical strengths. These challenges could be a simple summer camp challenge into something that resembled the Stanford Prison Experiment. Lots of contestants decided to quit or have a breakdown just when they were about to face it. Thanks to the production that comes up with their sick, twisted, perverted, and demented ideas for those poor fish. ARTIST GUY, REMEMBER THIS!
Fishtank.live is run by the American and Rhode Island-based internet comedy troupe Million Dollar Extreme, best known for their comedy TV show "Million Dollar Extreme Presents: World Peace" that aired on Adult Swim in 2016. The show was hosted by Sam Hyde as "Goldstriker" for the first four seasons, by Bam Margera from season five onward, and directed by Jet Neptune.
The show has run for five seasons, with one spin-off season, and Season 6 has yet to be announced.

- Limit Thirstposting. No one cares which stinky maladjusted ape you are attracted to. Posts specifically to fetishize the tards should be reported.
- Use Chat. Fishtank's thread moves very quickly during the season. Posts made should have context that can be understood in a year from now. Live commentary belongs in chat.
